1. Initial Conversation

You've found a property you're keen on and perhaps your Estate Agent has sent you our way. Great! Give us a call or fill out the form, for an initial chat. (and ideally include the property web link) 

2. Free On-Site Consultation

If we think we can help, we'll meet you at your property to discuss your ideas and any plans in more detail. We'll provide high level practical advice on them and can point you in the direction of an architect, if needed.

3. Steer on Costs

We'll then look to give you a ballpark figure there & then. You can then decide in your own time whether to proceed with your offer or not, there's no obligation.

4. Detailed Quotation

Once you've bought the property, you'll want a more formal & accurate understanding of timescales & cost. Once you have detailed plans in place, we'd be happy to provide a quotation.

5. Build & Project Management

Once you give the green light, our highly experienced leadership and 35 strong in-house team will oversee the works as principle contractor.

Ensuring reliable progress, regular updates and coordination of any subcontractors. If the project is large enough you'll have a dedicated foreman on-site.

6. Completion & Aftercare

We'll be in regular contact throughout the project, but as we come towards the end, we'll ensure you're as happy as us with the project.

 

And once we're done, we've our 12 month guarantee for any snagging, and as with many of our happy clients, provide ongoing help with maintenance or alterations in the years to come.
